Employment partners are local companies, career fair hosts, government agencies, and organizations who identify job opportunities and collaborate with Families Forward staff to fill these vacant positions with motivated, job-ready candidates.

We guide our clients (parents and older teens in Orange County) so that candidates are not only hired—but have long-term success in the role. Together, we can prevent and end family homelessness, and make Orange County a thriving region where families can build economic mobility and financial stability.

About Our Employment Candidates
Your future candidates are families enrolled in our programs, determined to secure long-term employment and increase their income. Before the interview, candidates have met with a Career Coach to develop a resume, interview and communication skills, a goal-oriented employment plan, and new skills to address employment gaps.

- Reduce barriers to employment stability by coordinating reliable transportation and childcare
- Provide guidance on growth and learning opportunities, including additional trainings and certifications
- Support with post-hire coaching
